Daniel “Blake” Webb, DVM, ACVIM (Neurology), is a veterinary neurologist with Southeast Veterinary Neurology in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Dr. Webb obtained two undergraduate degrees (animal science and zoology), from Auburn University, and obtained his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Webb returned to Auburn University to complete his clinical year of training where he developed a passion for neurology.

After completion of his clinical year, Dr. Webb pursued advanced training starting with his general rotating internship at Mississippi State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine. He then matched into his three-year neurology residency at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. During his neurology/neurosurgery residency, Dr. Webb was awarded the Zoe and Lexi Wells Neurology Resident Award and presented his residency research project at the annual ACVIM conference.

Dr. Webb finds neurosurgery, including ventriculoperitoneal shunt placement and management of auto-immune inflammatory brain disease, the most gratifying to perform. When he is not treating patients, he enjoys being outdoors, traveling and spending time with his wife and their rambunctious toddler, who keeps them on their toes. They have three dogs: Champ, Big and Zulu.
