Deposit Policy:A deposit is collected to make an appointment and reserve a client’s time with a Southeast Veterinary Neurology doctor. If an appointment is missed or is not cancelled before the 24-hour cancellation time frame, the deposit will be forfeited (is not refundable/transferable).
Refunds:Refunds for cancelled services or from overpayment of an estimate of charges will be made at the time of client checkout.
