Deposit Policy: We collect a deposit to book an appointment and reserve a client’s time with a Southeast Veterinary Neurology doctor. If an appointment is missed or not cancelled before the 24-hour cancellation window, the deposit will be forfeited (not refundable or transferable).
Refunds:Refunds for cancelled services or from overpayment of an estimate of charges will be made at the time of client checkout.
