Alyssa Flores, DVM Neurology Resident

Dr. Alyssa Flores was born and raised in New Jersey and attended college at Northeastern University in Boston and majored in biology and psychology. During her undergraduate program, she spent time in Thailand working with elephant rescue sanctuaries and local animal shelters.

Following college, Dr. Flores attended Western University in Southern California and obtained her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in May 2020. Following the completion of veterinary school, Dr. Flores returned to New Jersey and completed a rotating medical and surgical internship at Oradell Animal Hospital.

In her spare time, Dr. Flores enjoys hiking, rock climbing, baking and trying new recipes, and traveling.
