Client Service Representative Assessment
Thank you for your interest in our Customer Service Representative position at Southeast Veterinary Neurology! We reviewed your resume and are interested in learning more about you and your skills.
We are asking for each candidate to complete and submit responses for the following three scenarios to help us have a better understanding of your personality and customer service skills.
Scenario 1: Call to confirm an appointment
You spoke with Susan Smith three days ago to conduct a thorough pre-consultation call regarding her concerns for her Domestic Short Hair, Sylvester. She scheduled an initial neurological consultation for Sylvester with Dr. Wong for tomorrow at 12:00 p.m. at our Miami location. Call 305-517-7963 in order to leave her a message confirming the appointment, including all information relative so that the appointment proceeds as scheduled. (This is a hypothetical situation. You are not actually calling a client. Our recruitment team will receive your message.)
Scenario 2: Compose a follow-up email
You spoke with Marco Garcia earlier today regarding concerns for his girlfriend’s Maltese, Fluffy, who has started having seizures. He wanted to know more about our locations, hours, doctors, and ability to address concerns for seizures to share with his girlfriend before scheduling an appointment. Compose an email, in a Word document, that you would send to him as a follow-up to your pre-consultation call, and send to: email@example.com.
Scenario 3: Compose a video
You are introducing yourself to us. Compose a video, 1 to 2 minute(s) long, introducing yourself. You may email a .MOV or .MP4 file, or a YouTube or Vimeo link along with your Scenario 2 assignment to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
